Ingredients:
- Egg noodles, boiled until cooked

Chicken Sprinkle (Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour):

- 350-400 gr chicken breast fillet, cut into small cubes
- 5 cloves of white, finely chopped
- 2.5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Sugar and salt to taste

Onion Oil:
Chicken sprinkling: Heat a little oil, add the chicken sprinkling ingredients and cook until it changes color. Give a little water, stir, correct the taste then cook until cooked. set aside.

Onion Oil: Heat oil, add garlic and chicken skin. Cook over low heat until fragrant and the onions look dry. Cool, remove the chicken skin then oil and onions.

How to serve: In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of onion oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce, powdered stock.

Add noodles, stir well. Correct the taste, you can add salty/sweet soy sauce according to taste
Sprinkle with a sprinkling of chicken, fried onions/chopped spring onions and oyster sauce.

3. Mushroom Chicken Noodles
Ingredients:

- 500gr chicken fillet, diced
- 1 can of mushrooms, discard the water
- 4 garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in water)
- Enough water
- Salt
- Sugar

Chicken Oil Ingredients:

- A little chicken skin
- A little cooking oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Soup ingredients:

- Enough broth
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Green onions, sliced

How to make chicken oil:

Heat a little oil in Teflon, put in the chicken skin, cook over low heat until the skin dries. Remove the skin
Add chopped garlic, stir until fragrant and brown. Turn off the fire, set aside.
How to make gravy:

Boil the chicken stock until it boils, season with salt and ground pepper
Add the meatballs and chopped green onions, set aside.
How to make mushroom chicken:

Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the chicken pieces, stir until it changes color, add the mushrooms and the rest of the ingredients, stir
Add enough water, stir and check the taste. Cook until the spices absorb. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir well.
Serving method:

Put a little chicken oil + soy sauce in a bowl. Enter the noodles that have been boiled, stir well and then complete with other accompaniments.
